About the role:
As a CRM Implementation Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our product and our customers. Your work ensures customers go live faster, adopt Superleap fully, and see real value from day one. You’ll directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion, making this a critical role in Superleap’s growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in CRM implementation, Product Adoption, SaaS onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales or any SaaS tool which requires technical implementation)is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales workflows and business processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working from office, 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM strategy and execution.
- Provide training and support to users for optimal utilization of CRM tools.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop user-friendly documentation and materials to enhance product adoption.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
- Be proactive in suggesting improvements to processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer service or technical support roles is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
