Acceptable Use Policy

The Customer shall not use the Services to: send unsolicited communications in violation of law; harvest email addresses through surreptitious methods; send to purchased or borrowed contact lists; transmit threatening, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content; upload viruses or malicious code; infringe third-party IP; disrupt Superleap’s infrastructure; or violate any applicable law.

The Customer shall comply with TRAI regulations for calls and SMS in India and obtain necessary consents for call recording. Communications sent by the Customer in fulfilment of regulatory obligations are exempt from anti-spam restrictions.

Violations may be reported to contact@superleap.com. Superleap may update this AUP with notice through the Platform.
