How to integrate Superleap and Ameyo together?

Build automations and connections between Superleap and Zapier so you can automatically move data between them. You can use Zapier to connect to Superlepa to other tools in your stack, such as Slack, Airtable, and Facebook Lead Ads.

Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure the following:
- You have access to your Superleap CRM account.
- You have admin access to your Cloud Telephony account (e.g., Ameyo).
- The Cloud Telephony vendor has shared the required API credentials and webhook configuration details.
Important Validation Requirements
- Ensure all webhook endpoints are whitelisted and accessible by the telephony vendor.
- Validate that call recordings are uploaded in supported formats (e.g., .mp3, .wav).
- Confirm Lead Records capture:
- Test both inbound and outbound call scenarios for seamless data sync.
